Give Toys a Second Adventure: Toy Donation Enquiries at WebsOnlineStore

Give Toys a Second Adventure — enquire about donating toys with WebsOnlineStore.

A toy that your child has outgrown may still have plenty of adventures ahead. At WebsOnlineStore, we’re preparing a toy donation initiative to help suitable unwanted toys find a new home through charities, schools and other community organisations.

We also hope to support hospital teams where their donation requirements allow. Receiving organisations and arrangements will be confirmed before toys are accepted.

We are inviting enquiries now, but we are not accepting parcels yet. Please wait for our approval and delivery instructions before sending or dropping off any toys.

A second adventure for much-loved toys

Perhaps a puzzle has become too easy, a toy car no longer leaves the toy box, or a play set is waiting for someone new to enjoy it. Offering suitable toys for reuse is a thoughtful way to make space at home while giving those toys the chance of more playtime.

Our aim is to match suitable donations with organisations that have agreed to receive them. Acceptance will depend on their needs and requirements, and we cannot guarantee a particular destination for an individual toy.

What toys could you offer?

Our starting focus is clean, complete, gently used toys in good working condition. Before making an enquiry, check that all parts are included and that the toy is in a condition you would be happy for another child to enjoy.

Please do not offer broken, damaged, incomplete or recalled toys. We may not be able to accept every offer, and we will confirm any further restrictions before approving a donation.

How to make a toy donation enquiry

  1. Tell us about your toys. Visit our donation page and complete the enquiry form.
  2. Include the useful details. Tell us the toy names or types, approximate quantity, suggested age range, condition, whether all parts are included, and your town or postcode area.
  3. Wait for our reply. We will review your offer and may ask for photographs by email.
  4. Agree arrangements first. If approved, we will confirm packing and delivery instructions. Postage or drop-off arrangements, including any costs, will be agreed before you send anything.

Please do not include information about children or other sensitive personal details in your enquiry.

What happens to accepted toys?

We will check accepted toys and arrange to pass suitable items to an organisation that has agreed to receive them. Hospital teams and other organisations may have different requirements, so please let us confirm suitability before making any delivery arrangements.

Help us spread the word

If you know a family with toys their children have outgrown, please share this post with them. A simple conversation about passing toys on can be a lovely way to introduce children to sharing and caring for their community.

Thank you for supporting this small-business initiative and helping us give toys a second adventure.
