2. Your Right to Cancel (Non-Personalised Items)
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.
After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Items must be returned in a resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase may be required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Personalised or custom-made products (including custom T-shirts, printed items, or uploaded designs) are non-refundable, unless:
• The item is faulty, or
• The item does not match the order placed
This is in line with UK consumer law.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is:
• Faulty
• Damaged
• Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos where possible
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
6. Return Postage Costs
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 14 days
If approved, you will receive confirmation by email.
8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
