1. Where We Deliver
WebsOnlineStore currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Although we're preparing our store for future international sales, we do not currently offer delivery outside the UK.
2. UK Delivery Charges
- Orders under £30: £3.99 standard delivery.
- Orders of £30 or more: FREE standard delivery.
Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Dispatching Your Order
We normally aim to dispatch orders on the same working day, where possible.
Dispatch depends on when your order is placed and when the courier collects parcels.
Orders placed later in the day, at weekends or on bank holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the courier and delivery service used.
Once your parcel has been collected, the courier will transport it to your delivery address.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated for the service purchased.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you confirmation.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
6. Delayed, Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us.
We'll investigate the issue with the courier and help resolve it in accordance with your consumer rights.
