We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

• Product packaging may vary from images shown
• All products are subject to availability
We reserve the right to amend product information or prices at any time without notice.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are legally capable of entering into a contract
• All information provided is accurate and complete
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
4. Prices & Payment
• All prices are shown in GBP (£)
• Prices do not include VAT unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be made in full at checkout
We accept payments through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returns conditions:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Faulty Items
If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of WebsOnlineStore and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
