Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Can I return personalised or custom items?

No. Personalised or custom-made items (including printed designs and uploaded artwork) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I start a return?

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

We’ll reply with return instructions.


Do I have to pay for return postage?

Yes, return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are possible, subject to stock availability. Please contact us first.

What if my parcel is lost?

If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Do bundles qualify for returns?

Bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a refund. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
